At AG Fitness Sport, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to size, color, or model, you may request a return, exchange, or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

If your order has not been delivered, you may submit a claim within 30 days from the expected delivery date.

All AG Fitness Sport products come with a 90-day limited warranty.

Opened Items

  • Returns accepted within 30 days
  • Must be in resaleable condition with original packaging and accessories
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Cancelled Orders

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped
  • Refused deliveries will be treated as returns
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded

Change of Mind

  • Returns accepted within 30 days
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

Ordered by Mistake

  • Can be returned within 30 days
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Damaged Products

Free Return Shipping

We provide free return shipping ONLY if:

Non-Free Return Shipping

Return shipping will NOT be covered if:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordered by mistake
  • Incorrect size or color selected by customer
  • Order canceled after dispatch

For heavy or oversized items, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer if the issue is not on our side.
